Rangers Working Parties

The Rangers consist mostly of Wheel Easy members who enjoy going out on the second Tuesday of each month to help keep the local cycle network clear. Why not join them?

For the last 7 years they have been led by Terry Smith who has decided that it’s time to retire from this role. We’d like to give our heartfelt thanks to Terry for his hard work in developing this project. Terry will be supporting projects nearer to his home in Leeds.

The new arrangements are as follows:-

Steve Wright will be the main point of contact for future working groups – contact Steve at  or on 07710 835155

If you are interested in joining future sessions, please let Steve have your email address. Because of the dreaded G.D.P.R. regulations which Sustrans adhere to, Terry can’t pass on email addresses of the present group directly to Steve so it would be very helpful if you could let Steve have your address again.

Details of future sessions will be emailed to you and will be communicated through the various Wheel Easy news forums.

Reporting problem areas – if, at any time in the future you come across an area which you think needs work, could you please let Steve know.

Note – please bring your own equipment – brushes, scrapers and shovels/ spades. Because of Covid, no tools will be supplied. If you need any tools, please let Steve know beforehand and he will arrange to get them for you
