Car Parking: Seaways Café Car Park, Fridaythorpe, (YO25 9RX), which is located on the main A165 road. NOTE: Call and ask permission – it is NOT a public car park. Park at rear of Car Park.

Toilets/Refreshments at start: Seaways Café is open for tea/coffee/bacon rolls etc. Toilets are for patrons only.

Coffee Stop: None

Lunch Stop: Lunch in Malton (20 miles) where there is a variety of Cafés etc to choose from.
