BBC Outside Broadcast help.

Wheel Easy have been invited by BBC Look North to take part in a live outside broadcast from Harrogate on Friday 20th September. We will be the crowd of cyclists in their Wheel Easy kit with bikes as a backdrop to the broadcast. We are asked to arrive at 5.45 to set up for the programme which goes out live at 6.30 until 7.00.
The journalist asked me how many would come, I hazarded a guess at 20 but hope that we can turn out in good numbers to showcase our amazing club. Please wear your Wheel Easy kit in any of its iterations and if you don’t have any I expect there will be plenty to share around.
Details of where to meet are yet to be given and this will be posted on the website when we have that information.
Please support this request, it is a great opportunity for our club and a fun way to get in to the spirit of the UCI Championships. Gia and Malcolm.

Follow up to the above

The BBC want us to meet at 5-45pm on Friday at West Park Church which is opposite the glass fronted Grandstand being constructed for the finish line on West Park and as indicted above please wear Wheel Easy kit and bring your bike.
