Pannal, Kirkby Overblow, Wetherby, Little Ribston (23 miles)

Down through Harrogate showground, pass The Travellers Rest and  turn right towards Rudding Park . Before junction turn right up towards Pannal golf club . Turn sharp left just before A61, up hill then down towards bypass . Turn right then first left towards Kirby Overblow. Stay on that road through Sicklinghall  into Wetherby  where at the little roundabout turn right towards Wetherby centre then first left down Crossley street. At bottom of Crossley street turn left . Pass Lidl then at the junction where toll house is turn laft towards Kirk Deighton. Up the hill through Kirk Deighton, North Deighton to Little Ribston . In Little Ribston at the right bend in the road turn left . To the end of the road then a quick right and left into the castle pub at Spofforth . At the Spofforth roundabout at the Castle pub right past the village shop . On through Follifoot – at top of hill Follifoot left then left on road just before the main road – through the gunnel and safely cross the ring road . Turn right pass Rudding Park and over the bridge . Take first left after the bridge past Traveller’s Rest again through bridlepath marked Gias way back through Showground.

Route 111 provides a minor variation.
