Menwith Hill, straight on down hill (Option R to Birstwith), first R and on, taking R fork into Darley, R, through Birstwith, up hill and at top L and down through Clapham Green, Hampsthwaite, L at Joiners Arms, at end L onto B6161, R into Grainbeck Lane, over A61, L into Knox Lane, and up into Harrogate.
