Route 254

One way ticket to Bridlington (74 miles)

This route to Bridlington joins the Way of the Roses at Boroughbridge, and largely follows the route through the Yorkshire Wolds to its end on the sea front at Bridlington. If you are doing this as a solo ride – or in a very small group – the options for returning from Brid are to catch trains back to Harrogate in the evening, or to stay in Brid overnight and cycle back the next day.  You could also do the ride in reverse and catch an early train out to the coast. The train journey takes around 3 hours and involves a change at York.
