Knaresborough, Farnham, Arkendale,  Marton cum Grafton, Great Ouseburn, Aldwark Toll Bridge, R to Linton-on-Ouse, R in Newton-on-Ouse to Beningbrough Hall & Home Farm café.  Sustrans Route 65 to York. Cross River Ouse on railway bridge, continue alongside river to Millennium Bridge. Shortly after the path turns R up to road, turn L and then R to cross Knavesmire racecourse. Follow path to the Sun sculpture, turn R to A64 near Tesco. Cycle path alongside A64 to roundabout. Cross roundabout, pass Askham Bryan College, L to Askham Richard, (café), Long Marston, Tockwith, Cowthorpe, R on B6164, L in Little Ribston, Spofforth, Follifoot, Rudding Park, Showground.
