Cycle track under A1, follow to Thorp Arch prison and L. At T junction, R and L. Follow Hall Park Rd to T junction. L along Rudgate. At Cattal, R, continue, cross A59 to Whixley. Continue till R to Thorpe Underwood. Great Ouseburn, Marton cum Grafton, Arkendale, turn right to Staveley, left to  Farnham, Knaresborough, Harrogate.
