Boroughbridge, Great Ouseburn, Walshford (36 miles)

Knaresborough to Farnham, then R and up hill, and straight on to Staveley, Minskip and Boroughbridge (cafe). Aldborough, Great Ouseburn, straight on past Thorpe Underwood (Queen Ethelburgers College), over B6265, L, then R on Franks Lane, R and L in Whixley (keeping to west edge of village). Over A59 (Care!) to Skate Moor Lane, across railway crossing with kissing gates either side, L on A168, R at roundabout into Walshford. Take the cycle path immediately on your left adjacent to the A168 continue on over the bridge and take first R after passing under the flyover, turn R and then L on to Ox Close Lane.  Go up the hill to the Wetherby-Knaresborough Road turn R to Little Ribston, L to Spofforth. L on A661 (Care!) and after bridge R into Church Lane. R fork at green triangle, and follow to Clive Road, and R onto Follifoot Lane, to Follifoot. Usual return over by-pass (Care!), Rudding Lane, L into Crimple Lane, R after pub into Showground and up that hill (!) to the Squash Club and Harrogate.
