Route description: A tour of the eastern end of the Yorkshire Wolds, mostly on quiet country lanes with rolling countryside and gentle climbs. The route briefly takes in the Bridlington seafront and old and new lighthouses at Flamborough Head. The route also takes in the largest standing stone structure in Britain at Rudston churchyard which stand almost 8 meters high and is over 4000 years old.

Car Parking: Beckside Car Park Driffield (What3Words: ///appoints.warthog.bordering). The all day charge is £6.40; card or coins. There is also a free car park nearby: Eastgate (What3Words: ///after.stowing.agency), worth a try but usually full.
Toilets/Refreshments at start: Free toilets at Cross Hill Car Park (What3Words: ///enjoyable.articulated.skippers ) about 500m from Beckside car park. There are a few coffee shops on Market Place opening at 9am.
Coffee Stop: Optional coffee stop on the seafront at Bridlington (at about 19 miles).
Lunch Stop: The Headlands Family Restaurant & Cafe Bar, Flamborough Head (24 miles).
