Toilets/Refreshments at start: Toilets at the Car Park(free). The Bolton-by-Bowland Tea Room next door opens at 8.30am for pre-ride refreshments.
Coffee Stop: Cafe Autisan, Whalley Abbey ( 13miles).
Lunch Stop: Barley Visitors Centre (24miles)
