Route description: An undulating Dales ride with some steep climbs on quiet lanes in beautiful countryside.

Travel time from Harrogate: 50mins.

Car Parking: In the Market Square (HG4 4EB) – honesty box/donation is payable. Also there is a long stay car park on the left just after you come over the bridge before entering the town.

Toilets/Refreshments at start:Toilets are just off the Market square ( 50m). Free. There are a couple of cafes in the Square but only the Border Tea Rooms open at 9am for coffee.

Coffee Stop: None. However if you want to go into Bedale there is the Tandem cycle cafe at 35 Bedale Rd, Aiskew, Bedale DL8 1BL (No website but has Facebook presence).
