Route description: The route goes from Appleby to Dufton, Morland, Crosby Ravensworth, Great Asby and back to Appleby and shows off the wonderful scenery of the Eden Valley.

Toilets/Refreshments at start: Toilets in the car Park. Free. Cafés open in the Town Centre (100m) for early morning coffee. Eden River Café opens at 8am.
