How to Edit your Existing Email Account in Mac Mail or Add an Account

Open the Mac Mail application and go to Mail -> Preferences or in the latest version it is Mail -> Settings

To create a new account, click the Add Account tab.

To update an existing account, click the Accounts tab, select your email from the accounts list and click the Server Settings tab.

Your username is always the full email address you are setting up.

Change the host name in both Incoming and Outgoing Mail Servers to: mail.wheel-easy.org.uk

And update your password using the one I sent in the email.

You can tick ‘Automatically manage connection settings’ and all should be well.

If ‘Automatically manage connection settings’ doesn’t work for you, simply untick it and enter details as shown in the image opposite.

REMEMBER the Host Name in all cases is mail.wheel-easy.org.uk not the one shown opposite.

Click the Save button to apply the changes.

Close the window and you can test your setup by sending an email to me here
