Our new club kit is now available to order! It will be produced by Santini who are a well known, world class cycling brand. They supply the UCI and many clubs and organisations worldwide, including Chevin Cycles branded kit. Chevin Cycles are supporting us by holding sample sizing garments that you can try on before ordering and they will also receive the delivery for you to collect. The old club kit supplier has unfortunately stopped providing a club shop option, so it is no longer available.

This first order will be a bulk order placed directly with the factory by the club. This means we will get bulk discount and in addition the club will subsidise this initial order, so the discounted prices you see in the shop below include this.

For subsequent orders we plan to use the “club shop” model where kit can be ordered directly from Santini during specific time windows and delivered in a batch. The intent is for that to be about twice a year, depending on demand, and items will be at the fixed, non-discounted price.

Buying the kit

  1. Go to Chevin Cycles (Harrogate Branch) to try on the sample and decide what size you need. It is well known that sizes vary by manufacturer, so this is important – do not assume you are always a size “x”. As it will all be made to order no refunds or exchanges are possible if you order the wrong item or size. The samples will be available until Tue 22 Nov 22. There are no samples for accessories, so use the size charts for those.
  2. Once you know your size and what you want, order and pay here on the website. You will get a receipt via the email you enter during the checkout process. [If you can’t pay online then contact us via the address for alternative arrangements]
  3. ORDERS CLOSE AT NOON ON Wed 23 Nov 22 and the bulk order will be sent straight away. If you miss this deadline your order will not be possible and you will have to wait until the club shop opens, possibly in the spring or later, and pay full price.
  4. Once Santini have manufactured the order it will be sent to Chevin Cycles Harrogate for collection. You will get an email informing you that you can go and pick your items up. With current production spanning the Christmas break, it is predicted that this will be mid January.
