Wanderers’ Ride

There was a good turnout at Hornbeam this morning and there were at least four groups of Wanderers. We did Route 31, which was labelled Ripon, Studley, Hampsthwaite, though none of my group got to Hampsthwaite. The weather was fine but a bit windy. Alison’s group went to Fountains for lunch while the others went to Tates and sat outside in the sunshine. Service was quite quick. Then it was back via Fountains deer park to Watergate Lane and straight down to Ripley. 35 miles and 1800 feet. Thank you all for your company and support. Liz P
