Warning – Westerns Lane Update – Still Dangerous

We have previously been aware of a number of accidents on Westerns Lane, the road that runs North to NW out of Markington. There is a place where a pond floods onto the road and it is very slippery. One Wheel Easy member finished up in hospital a while ago and there have been recent reports of more, including one who has advised us directly having fallen and broken a collarbone and thumb. Our advice is to avoid if possible or take extreme care if you really can’t.
