All Rides

It seems that most people took notice of the weather forecast for heavy rain all day but four riders met at the allotted time & chatted nicely under the trees until the decision was made to head off to Wetherby via Burn Bridge & Sicklinghall. The rain kept falling but it wasn’t as bad as predicted and it was warm enough with little traffic on the road. Plenty of room in the café in the Shambles as well. Back out onto the road & there was a nasty head wind to contend with for the standard return ride via Kirk Deighton, Spofforth & Follifoot. Nice to get out – as always. 25 miles – Tall Tim
