Saturdays ride was changed to route 238 to How Stean. It brought them out of the woodwork 9 met at Hornbeam two were met on route at the Drovers cross roads. Brisk pace was set out towards Fountains Abbey, at that point 3/4 said they might peel off, we stayed together until Devils Bridge where Zoë, Katharine and the two Daves returned via Brimham. Seven were left to go onto How Stean for refreshments. Return was Glasshouses towards the Hartwith Toll road then Birtswith to the Green Way return to Harrogate. 53miles 3734ft climbing and a 14mph average.
