Hampsthwaite, Cayton Gill, Ripley (15 miles)

Start beside Hampsthwaite Memorial Hall (drive or cycle to get there). To Birstwith, bridleways virtually all the way to Shaw Mills and Bishop Thornton. To Cayton Gill, further bridletracks to Ripley, back to Hampsthwaite via tracks to Clint. About 2hrs. Some tracks may be overgrown with nettles, so some might wish to have longs on the legs!
