The Terms and Conditions specific to registering, paying for and taking part in the Challenge Rides are as follows:

  • Should Wheel Easy cancel the event for any reason the entrant will be notified at the earliest opportunity using the details provided in the entrant’s booking form.
  • If Wheel Easy cancel the event, the entrant will receive 100% of the entry fee back, refunded to the card which they used to purchase the event ticket.
  • Refunds may take up to 14 days to reach the customer’s bank account. You will be notified by email at the time the refund is actioned.
  • In the case of an entrant withdrawing from their booked ride for any reason, if cancelled more than 7 days before the event start time then they will receive 100% of the entry fee.
  • When an entrant withdraws for any reason less than 7 days before the event start time no refund will be issued.
