Wednesday November 27, 7:30pm at The Empress on the Stray
Your fellow cyclists need you to get familiar… with a Defibrillator or CPR!
Whether you lead a ride or would like to be able to help one of your group in an emergency, join a familiarisation session to learn CPR by getting your hands on a dummy to practice these potentially life-saving skills.
We all see Defibrillators at the tops of hills, in villages and city shops, but do you know how to use one? No? You can learn and it may save a life!
Our first session takes place on Wednesday 27th November at 7:30pm upstairs at The Empress on the Stray pub, Harrogate
This is a practical, hands-on session which will be led by Harrogate-based First Responder, Joan Broadbank.
Because of the practical nature of this session places are limited to 12 participants.
You can reserve your place using the form below.
