It is a while since we have had a Wheel Easy Christmas Lunch. G&T’s in Risplith have come up with a simple menu and can accommodate 54 of us. G&T’s has become a regular cafe stop for many of the groups and they are keen to make it a nice occasion for us. If it is a day like last Wednesday 13th it will be a great ride. If not, it’s car sharing.
Please note that because numbers are limited you must book ahead by Thursday 5th December at the very latest to allow the team at G&T’s to shop for what we need. Use the form below to make your booking.
Remember, only Wheel Easy members who have submitted a booking form will be able to partake of this Christmas Special so please don’t just turn up, because it would be very sad and unseasonal to see you turn your bike around and cycle ‘Home Alone’.
The Details
Cost £25 paid individually on the day to G&T’s as you would on a normal café stop.This cost includes a contribution to the hire of the venue because G&T’s will not be open to the public during our event.
The Fayre
Veggie soup and Hot Turkey and stuffing sandwich
Veggie soup and Hot veggie sausage and stuffing sandwich.
Either of the above as Gluten free option. Any other allergies please advise on the booking form.
Christmas Cake and Wensleydale Cheese/ Mince Pies.
Tea/Coffee and mints.
NB You will have to pay extra for anything other than normal tea or Americano coffee, or if you want anything not listed above eg ice cream.
