This is the calling notice for the club AGM for 2025. It will be held at The Empress and bar facilities will be available. As always, we need a minimum number to form a quorum, so please come, support the club and have your say or we will have to do it all again. If you can come please let Yvonne know here so we can assess numbers, or, if you cannot, please consider sending your apologies and nominating a proxy on our website (our preferred option), or by post, using the links below. Notice is given that the Wheel Easy Leisure Cycling Ltd Annual General Meeting will be held at 7:30pm on Thursday 25 September 2025 at the Empress Hotel, 10 Church Square, Harrogate HG1 4SP.
Please read the formal documents using the links below which explain the arrangements for the meeting including your right to submit your votes on line (our preferred option) or by post if you are unable to attend and/or to appoint a proxy to vote on your behalf.
Finally, we would be grateful if you could please advise our Club Secretary Yvonne Davies by 11 September:
