AGM 2021
It’s time for the Wheel Easy AGM which will be held on the 7th October at The Empress on Granby Corner. Please do your best to attend the meeting where, apart from the formal agenda, there will be plenty of time for socialising with fellow members and to have a good chat about cycling matters.
The formal Notice for the meeting will be sent shortly and at that time all the details and documents, including the Accounts, will be posted on the Wheel Easy website.
In particular, please read the Notice as it:
- gives the time and location for the AGM, and also how to vote if you can’t attend
- asks you to let Yvonne Davies know if you are attending and/or have any items for Any Other Business via the link in the Notice and
- gives details of the bar arrangements!
Please note Agenda item 17 which asks for suggestions from members on future Club activities. It is your subscriptions that funds such activities and so it is important that your views are known and taken into consideration by the Board. So do please give this some thought and come prepared to offer suggestions or if you are unable to attend please send your views with your proxy to Yvonne.
