AGM 2020
The 2020 Wheel Easy AGM took place on Wednesday 25th November 2020 under very different procedures than normal due to the Covid-19 pandemic, with just a small number of attendees by zoom and a large set of proxy votes in advance. Thanks to all those that completed proxy voting forms. We managed 70 votes, which is apparently an AGM record by a long way. Perhaps unsurprisingly, all resolutions were carried. The details were recorded by Yvonne, who has taken over as Secretary from the long-serving and tireless Jill Fellerman, who deserves a big vote of thanks from the club.
