Gentle local ride on farm tracks and minor roads, with a café stop.

You don’t need a mountain bike, a hybrid or tourer will do fine.... preferably not a road bike with 23mm tyres and fag-paper clearances, but somebody is sure to ride one just to make me wrong.

Bring a drink and a biscuit, a sense of balance and most importantly a sense of humour.

E mail colin531thomsonatyahoodotcodotuk if you are coming, or for details and reassurance!

All rides are at your own risk. Please ensure that you have your own third party insurance (check your house insurance) and consider Cycling UK membership.
