Holland 25th September - 1st October. Al Davies says:
Five Wheel Easy members will be going to Holland on the night ferry from Hull to Rotterdam on 25th September, returning to the UK on 1st October. They will be heading East towards Arnhem and the Veluwe via Utrecht and returning to Rotterdam via the Ijsselmeer and Leiden, staying in small hotels or B&Bs. Approximately 50 miles a day on flat terrain.

If any other Wheel Easy members would like to join them, you can get further information and book a place from Al Davies (alun.davies55@gmail.com). They need to finalise the group by 30th July at the latest, so please book by then if you’d like to go. The maximum group size will be eight or nine people.

Majorca early October. Peter Roberts says:
Four WE members would very much appreciate the company of many others in Majorca this October.
Tempted again by the superb cycling opportunities Richard Leake, Eric Waters, Terry Smith and Peter Roberts are returning  to Majorca in early October and hope others will join them.
From previous experience we know that Club Pollentia, on the North coast is an excellent base with good, on-site bike, hire and access by cycleway to the lovely old walled town of Alcudia (1 mile) and Porte Pollenca ( 3miles).
There is a variety of routes on quiet roads with attractive villages and good cafes, rides to the south and east are flat and to the west mountainous and through superb scenery.
Although long  with numerous zig -zags the ascent gradients are easy by comparison with the Dales and, for WE members, plenty of good “swooping” down.
Riders drawn to the classic rides of Puig Majore, the notorious “necktie” route to Sa Colabra and the shorter Cap Formentor lighthouse will not have the opportunity to sample the lovely shorter rides.
So a team doing these routes would add to the overall experience of the group.
The bookings are DIY, so individuals can either coincide exactly with the four or arrange a shorter or longer stay.
Please contact any of the above for more information, we have all been before, what better recommendation.!
